Evidence
PUBLISHED STUDY – GOLDIC FOR KNEE ARTHRITIS
A study published in 2021 confirmed that Goldic treatment provided sustained improvement in pain from arthritis at 4 year follow-up. 64 patients were studied and of this group only 9 failed to respond and went on to have knee replacement surgery (Schneider et al Int Orthopaedics 2021)
PUBLISHED STUDY – GOLDIC EFFECT ON INFLAMMATORY CHEMICALS
A study published in 2022 showed that the pro-infammatory cytokines IL-9 and TNF-α were signifcantly downregulated in patient serum after Goldic treatment. This indicates the possible mechanism leading to reduced joint pain and damage. (Feldt et al Nature Scientific reports 2022)
